Welcome to Event Kings! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our equipment and services. By accessing this website and/or booking our equipment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Equipment Rental

1.1. Booking Confirmation: A deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking with Event Kings. The deposit must be paid on the same day as the booking confirmation to secure the reservation. Failure to make the deposit payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.

1.2. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance, comprising the full booking fee minus the deposit amount, must be paid in full at least 1 day before the event date. Failure to make the full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

1.3. Equipment Usage: The equipment provided by Event Kings is for indoor use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Outdoor usage may be permitted under certain conditions and subject to additional charges. The customer agrees to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and to follow any instructions provided by Event Kings for its use.

1.4. Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pickup. Any damage or loss incurred during this period will be the customer’s responsibility, and the customer agrees to reimburse Event Kings for any repair or replacement costs associated with such damage or loss, up to the full value of the equipment.

Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date will result in a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Liability and Insurance

3.1. Public Liability Insurance: Event Kings holds Public Liability Insurance (View) to cover any incidents or accidents that may occur during the use of our equipment. However, customers are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for their events if desired.

3.2. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Event Kings and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our equipment at their events. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss resulting from the use of our services.

Privacy Policy

4.1. Data Collection: Event Kings collects personal information from customers for the purpose of processing bookings and providing services. This may include but is not limited to names, contact information, event details, and payment information. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of this information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4.2. Data Use: Customer data will only be used for the purposes stated at the time of collection, unless otherwise consented to by the customer or required by law. We will not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties without the customer’s consent, except as necessary to provide the requested services or comply with legal obligations.

Amendments

5.1. Changes to Terms: Event Kings reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates or changes.
