Booking with Event Kings is easy! You can contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to discuss your event requirements, check availability, and reserve your equipment. A deposit of £50 will be required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the event.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. However, we strive to be flexible and accommodating, so please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Yes, booking prices may vary depending on the distance to your event location. Factors such as travel time and costs may influence the final price. Rest assured, we strive to offer competitive pricing while ensuring the highest level of service and quality for your event.
We accept bank transfers and PayPal as payment methods. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance to ensure that both you and your guests are protected in case of any unforeseen incidents during the event. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
