We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates and equipment. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last minute, so feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we provide onsite support to ensure that everything runs smoothly during your event. Our team will handle setup, operation, and takedown of the equipment, allowing you to focus on enjoying the festivities.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. However, we strive to be flexible and accommodating, so please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

We accept bank transfers and PayPal as payment methods. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

There's no limit to the number of photos guests can take during the rental period. We want everyone to have fun and capture as many memories as they like!

Booking with Event Kings is easy! You can contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to discuss your event requirements, check availability, and reserve your equipment. A deposit of £50 will be required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the event.

Yes, booking prices may vary depending on the distance to your event location. Factors such as travel time and costs may influence the final price. Rest assured, we strive to offer competitive pricing while ensuring the highest level of service and quality for your event.
